This website explains Valenero’s phone answering service for trades businesses. Submitting the form does not create a paid contract by itself.

Website information

We aim to keep the information accurate. Any plan, trial, setup, fair-use allowance or integration must be confirmed with Valenero before the service goes live.

Pricing and fair use

Website prices are shown before VAT. The Founder launch plan is limited to the first 10 customers, includes setup waived, and is protected while the account stays inside the stated fair-use limits. Standard plans may include a setup fee before going live.

Call limits are fair-use allowances. If usage exceeds the included allowance, Valenero may recommend moving to a higher plan or agree additional minutes before billing.

Free trial or demo

Any demo or free trial is subject to setup, availability and fair use. The website trial is two weeks unless Valenero confirms otherwise in writing. The trial is for testing whether the service fits the business before starting a paid plan.

No misuse

Please do not misuse the website, spam the forms, attempt to access systems without permission, or submit false information.
