Some will, most won't. Sophie's voice is natural and polite, she rotates her phrasing, and she handles emotional calls calmly. The best test is the one you just did, ring the demo number above and decide for yourself. If you're not 100% comfortable putting her in front of your customers, don't sign up. We'd rather you say no than churn after a week.
Sophie reads the full address and postcode back to the caller during the call, character by character. You then get the full transcript on your phone within seconds of the call ending, so you can catch anything before you head out. She also flags any low-confidence captures so you know exactly where to double-check.
Sophie can transfer the call straight to your mobile if a regular asks for you by name, or just prefers to speak to the engineer. You can also flag specific numbers as "always ring me first" so those callers bypass Sophie entirely and come straight through to your handset.
No. Standard setup is conditional forwarding, calls only divert to Sophie if you don't pick up after 3 or 4 rings, you're already on a call, or your phone's switched off. Works the same on iPhone, Samsung, and any standard UK mobile or landline. No app, no new SIM, just two settings on your phone we walk you through.
Sophie's voice runs through ElevenLabs (GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II certified). Call data flows through n8n, an automation platform we operate ourselves. The job details land in your own Google Calendar and a private Google Sheet you own, so the customer data sits with you, not us. We don't share or sell anything, ever.
On the Growth plan and above, emergency triage is built into Sophie's script. She recognises phrases like "gas smell", "no heat with a young child in the house", "water through the ceiling", flags the call as urgent, texts and rings you immediately, and directs the caller to dial 0800 111 999 (the National Gas Emergency line) or 999 first when appropriate.
A 15-minute call with us. We build Sophie's script the same day, you forward your phone in two settings on your handset, share your calendar, and Sophie's live, usually before you've finished your second coffee.
Then don't sign up. We'd rather lose the subscription than waste your time. After your 7-day trial we'll show you the missed-call data Sophie caught, and if the numbers don't earn back what you'd pay, we'll tell you straight.
Google Calendar is fastest, you'll be live the same day. Outlook, iCloud, Commusoft, ServiceM8 and others all work, but expect 1, sometimes 2 extra days while we wire up the integration. Tell us what you use on the signup call and we'll quote the lead time.
